Came the same day I contacted them and had new AC installed within 2 weeks, from ordering ,to delivery and installation. Tried several others on Austin Energy’s rebate program. Received no response from any others (3) after requesting quotes through their website tools. I suppose the others were too busy making their annoying TV ads. Would have liked to get the rebate, but still happy with Gomez prices and professional services.
